At Zavala Elementary we offer 21st century activities through STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math) initiatives:

-Primetime After school programs (Film Kids, Robotics, Freewheeling Mustangs Bicycle club, Arts & Crafts, and UT handball)

-We offer arts-rich education tha focuses on Creative Learning initiatives in theater, drama, and art.

-At Zavala we motivate our student to have a healthy life style through the CATCH Program (Coordinated Approach to Child Health).

-Outdoor weekly lessons through the PEAS program.
